Cocktail Workshops

In our workshops we pass on craft and taste hands-on. No lecture – you stir, shake and taste yourself, and understand why a drink works.

Workshops can take place in our showroom in Zurich or at your location.

Two ways to learn the craft

The Negroni workshop

Our proven format. The Negroni workshop is all about balance, ingredients and the right technique behind the glass: why does this classic work so well? What happens when you change the ratios? And how do you actually stir it properly?

By the end you won't just know how to make a Negroni – you'll understand the principle behind it and can apply it to other drinks.

Bespoke formats

Alongside this we develop workshops tailored entirely to your occasion. We match content, duration and level to your group – from a relaxed introduction to an in-depth session for people who already know what a jigger is.

On request we'll build the workshop around a theme, a spirit or your brand.

Occasions

Who a workshop suits

Team events

Making something with your hands together that ends up in a glass. Works even with people who otherwise only know each other from meetings.

Client occasions

A workshop is a programme item people remember – and a good setting for conversations on the side.

Christmas dinners

As a prelude before dinner or as the main programme. We match the duration to your evening.

Private groups

Birthday, hen party or simply an evening among friends – the main thing is that there's drinking and laughing.

Hospitality teams

Want to get your service staff up to speed? Then also take a look at our bar consulting – that's about workflows and standards in the business.

Brands

Workshops built around a product or a spirit, for press, trade or end customers.

Frequently asked

Good to know

Where do the workshops take place?

In our showroom in Zurich or at your location – whichever suits better.

Is previous experience needed?

No. We match content and level to the group – from a relaxed introduction to an in-depth session for people who already know what a jigger is.

Is there a minimum number of participants?

A minimum number of participants applies, as set out in the offer. If it isn't reached, we'll postpone the workshop or run it on adjusted terms.

Do workshops work as a corporate event?

Yes, that's one of the most common occasions. Whether team event, client occasion or Christmas dinner with a programme – we match format and duration to it.

May we use the recipes afterwards?

For personal use, of course. Commercial reuse requires our prior written consent.

How can we book?

You'll find the open dates in our shop. For bespoke formats, just get in touch with us directly.
