Events & Catering
Small dinner or large festival – we cover both, from a high-end mixology menu to a cocktail bar for a thousand guests. There's no minimum size with us. We work across Switzerland, internationally on request. Among others, we've worked for Audemars Piguet, IWC, Omega and Fondation Beyeler.

Highspeed Service
The Cocktail on Tap
Maximum enjoyment, minimum effort. Drinks straight from the tap: top speed during peak hours, consistent quality in every glass and far less waste. Eleven recipes on tap – still, sparkling or nitro-infused. Already have a system? Then we'll deliver the kegs. If not, we'll rent you one.

Consulting
Behind every great bar is a well-thought-out system. We build it with you: from station planning to standardised recipes and hands-on training for your team. For Restaurant Neumarkt in Zurich we developed the bar concept, for Restaurant Pujol in Mexico City we reworked the cocktail menu.

Liquid Development
We develop your signature drink – from the first idea to the last nuance of aroma, ingredients and texture. And we think beyond cocktails: from sourcing to bottle, closure, label and design. Full service from one source, produced in our lab in Adliswil. Delivered for Kronenhalle, Schauspielhaus Zürich and the NZZ, among others.

Workshops
In our workshops we pass on craft and taste hands-on. Our proven Negroni workshop is all about balance, ingredients and the right technique behind the glass. Alongside this we develop bespoke formats for corporate events and teams – in our showroom in Zurich or at your location.

Who we are
The Cocktail was founded by Kaspar Fenkart and Jessica Kollar. Luana Wüstiner looks after communications and sales. On top of that comes a network of freelancers and professional bartenders that we've built up over the years.
